there are folders in the data folder added by modsmaterials ,meshes, interfacetexturestools depending on what mods you added. delete those folderslook for the. esp's and possibly. esm's related to what you added. remove them too. It is truly a mess and for a top end game, an embarrassment due to the crashes and terrible use of mods that other games do so well. Make sure you are checking the nexus for updates on the mods you are using. If the game has received a patch and the mod has not been updated, it will cause problems, fallout 4 mods not downloading.
